We are proof. I lost a stone in 2 months and MR lost 2 stone in 3 months. However we went from hardly any sex to several times a day sex.
Mr likes to say he shagged me skinny (skinnier) it's hard when people keep asking how I've lost so much weight ha. |

You can’t out train a bad diet no matter how vigorous you are. Even if you were doing cardio every day and weights, if you consistently eat shit you won’t lose weight. |

Mostly Myth. To count as exercise it should last as long as 10 minutes at least, be fairly vigorous and ideally involve a bit of weights.
So the generic 15 stroke encounter wouldn't quite cut it, neither would the starfish position |

I think that's what it's about. You can't just 'get serviced'. You have to take part and break a proper sweat. I think that sort of sex is just damn hot; frantic and active.
Also, as Cluckfucktress said, you do need to supllement it with decent nutrition as well. That's not to say you have to be on some sort of diet - just have a proper balanced meal instead of eating easy processed rubbish as the norm. |

Like if you were to do a full workout you could do girl on top but with feet flat on the bed or floor and 3 sets of 10 full squats onto his dick. That’s about all you can do really so that’s glutes and thighs but nothing else. Hardly enough to lose significant fat. Fat loss I’d say is as much as 85% diet and just 15% exercise. |
