Availability of face pics!

Why do some members get so upset that we (and many other members) don't have face pics in either of our galleries?
We always explain that we both have jobs that mean we are both very widely recognised in the general community and so to protect our private life from becoming known in our working life we only keep face pics in our private file and will quite willingly show them to people who prove to be genuine and are really interested in meeting !
Are ther others out there who experience this problem ?

If your asking to be added as friends then yeah think you should have some maybe... After all what are you going to do lol.. turn up for a meet with bags on your heads??  |

I don't exactly get upset by profiles with no pictures but i do tend to ignore or pass by any that don't have a picture themselves.
At the end of the day we can all be recognised by people in our own communities, so that excuse to not publically display a photograph never really sits that well with me. If people see your pictures then surely their on this site and are swingers as well. And why do people always say their proud to be a swinger, then hide behind a blank profile???
The worse people are those that state that they will only reply to people with a facial picture viewable on their profile and when you look at theirs they haven't got one themselves. I had a woman send me a three word email (and people moan when guys send such a message) without any pictures on her profile at all. When i asked for a picture so i could see what she looked like and ascertain if there was any attraction she said she never gives out pictures of herself and promptly went. I'm not sure of why she wouldn't allow me to see what she looked like; maybe because i am a single guy she thought i'd have sex with anyone without seeing what they look like but i'm glad to say that just aint gonna happen.
People with pics in their private file are not so bad as they do tend to eventually show you what they look like, but i do wonder how anyone proves that someone else is genuine before showing their pictures. I have seen so many people moaning about talking to someone for awhile via phone/webcam but then fail to turn up and are timewasters so i'm sure theres no guaranteed way of keeping your identity safe unless you just do away with pictures altogether!

All we ask for before sending our face pics is a brief fem/fem chat on the phone to prove that there is actually a fem involved! You'll be amazed how many COUPLES on here don't appear to have a female!!  |

just read your post, and well were all upfront and want fun on the site hehe............so why not put your face pics in friends as you control who see's them and they can't be cut & pasted!!!
our profile states that we've face pics and expect the same as you to fancy the people you wanta fuck mmmmmmmmmmmmmm...........xx

Taking issue with one point Goth.
Not putting a pic cos of recognition in the community OR at work is a perfectly acceptable reason to me.
It's not enough to say to someone well Ner Ner Ner you MUST be on there if you saw me.
There are just some people for whom being recognised by locals or customers, patients, the accused, students, etc is an absolute no no. Not to mention professional suicide.
What about family members ? Children ?
In some cases it's important to hide from society in general. Even in this 'so called' enlightened swinging community I read posts where people want to moralise about the behaviour and sexual preferences of others. If we don't stand a chance of acceptance in here what chance do we have from non swingers? There's always someone wanting to punch a 'perv' to make themselves look decent.
I don't have a pic and NEVER send them. I do show myself on cam before meeting and say so in my profile. I'm not hiding at all. I'm just selective who I talk to and who I let into my private life. I know some people like to play the 'hard - I don't give a fuck type' to be honest most of that type don't seem to have anything to lose.
Very few pics on here are face pics even of regular forumites. Face pics come when trust develops and that is how it should be.

And I still stand by the reason I have for not putting them any where but attached to messages sent to people who are prepared to prove themselves with a simple phone call.
Our profile states quite clearly that there are no face pics in either of our galleries but will attach them to a message! If people don't like that then they need not get in touch with us, but to contact then invite as friends then get nasty cos there are no face pics!!!!???  Suppose it just proves the theory that people just don't read the profiles!! |
