Meet someone 
Know that's taking a simplistic view but that really is what it takes - how you get to meet someone is another thing entirely and comes from finding someone that you connect with on some level and getting on well enough to want to meet.
Or you could try getting along to a group social or a club and talking to people.
Be aware though that a veri is not an instant key to the kingdom and result in untold meets once you have one - they're handy to have but not the be all and end all that some make them out to be. |
