Happens a lot. Who can fathom their reasons - certainly not me. Had it happen too many times. Have a few days hot chat, both here the sometimes migrate over yo kik. She's still spouting about very positive sexy things then blank.
Stop responding, sometimes block with no reason. At least no reason they deign to share.
Some will be fakes and teasers, but some will be real with proper reasons. It would be nice to know what they were , tho obviously nobody is obliged to explain themselves. |

"You couldn’t spend a few seconds to send her a message to say you had to leave?
no it was urgent, neighbours child was ill and needed lift to hospital"
Also, you shouldn't have to tell people every time you are going to log off!
Sounds very high maintenance OP, I'd say you're better off finding that out now |

"I have to say I have used the block button today. It was so empowering..............titanic moment!"
Proud of you. I never have. Don't get enough contact that I can afford to reject any
Now where's that emoji of a self-pitying old man in floods of tears... |

I understand that but you’ve ended up blocked because you disappeared on her. I’ve done the same. |

In fairness if God veen chatting to someone on New Year Eve and it was going well and they suddenly disappeared I'd assume their partner had come home unexpectedly. Mind you if they'd said they were taking their neighbor's kid to hospital I'd have come to the same conclusion.
People on here are cynical. |

But it's a conversation, not a marriage. I don't think women want pestering clingy men either, do they? |

Personally I don't see why he or anybody has too. It's online messaging, people shouldn't have to report every move they make to the person they are messaging.
And to block someone for not replying straight away or popping off line without announcing it first need to get a grip
In my opinion of course |

It happens for one of many possibilities that you will never find out. Humans as I’m sure you know are all complex in some way.
Learn to become resilient to it and move on is the only solution. |

Same here, WiFi reception here always dropping, and if I’m chatting and my daughter shouts, I will attend to her. A stranger at the end of a message will never take precedence over my children. My oldest is severely autistic, and I’m afraid that once she needs my attention FAB goes out of the window, no matter who I’m chatting to. I’m not making her wait so I can message someone to let them know that- if that offends and they block me, so what, as rude as I may appear to them, I have enough drama in my life as it is, so don’t need it from someone who I may never meet anyway x

Wow really????? What? You have blocked guys for similar reasons??? Are other people not allowed lives or emergencies or just anything other than the world evolving around someone random being all needy behind a computer or phone a screen?
Personally OP - I would take that as an awesome swerve. If someone is going to block on that basis then good riddance. Screams absolute nut job and hard work if you ask me! So don’t look back and ponder!!! |

Yesterday a guy sent us a message with a pic of him sitting up in his bed. The text was "Still in bed". Nothing else, just that. We replied with "You lazy little piggy".
5 minutes later we were blocked. Ho Hum ! |

Always surprises me how much drama people can create out of a little thing! I have to agree with those who point out that the person you just me on the other end of a chat is probably going to come after the child that shouts for you or the phone call from a close friend that interrupts your messaging. Maybe the other person just fell asleep, maybe they lost wifi. But to block someone because they didn't answer straight away?! Are we grown ups here, or kids? |

Good answer, I tend to do the same when I get odd message like that. Got one the other day, "how far down do you pull your pants when you're on the toilet?"... |
