The way I see this is that my health is my responsibility - no-one else's.
So it matters not to me whether a guy is carrying condoms or not, because I always have a stock of Durex and insist he wears one for anal sex.
It's up to him to look after his health and it's up to me to look after mine.

Always have the conversation up front that I can’t use latex condoms and the guys have always asked what they needed to buy. I supply my own so it’s not an issue.
However if I wasn’t allergic to latex then I would expect the guy to come along prepared.

Its extremely questionable on his part unless you had spoke and advised you would supply your own? I generally always have my own but it shocks me how many men don’t bring condoms to meets, clubs and parties. Or only bring one and then beg others for more. When I was meeting I always supplied my own. I didn't trust that the condoms they had would be in date and I have latex sensitivities. I would also have a choice of sizes.
