"There are very few in the whole world so I would very much doubt it.
Surely there are a few liberal landlords about "
We get around a lot and the only ones we know of are two or three in Gran Canary, one maybe two in Holland, less than a handful in Germany, and the bars at Cap d'Agde.
One or two of the gay bars in Benidorm also describe themselves as swinger friendly.
There are possibly one or two German orientated ones in Croatia and Mallorca and that is about it. I'm sure if I've missed somewhere then someone will correct me.
Bottom line is that to make a pub/bar "swinger friendly" by default you make it vanilla unfriendly. No matter how liberal the landlord may be he just can't afford to limit his customer base to less than 2% of the population.
The few that do usually go the whole hog and open as a swinger club.

"What would make a pub swinging friendly anyway?
Molly
XX"
Good question.
Firstly we would say that location would be the make or break.
In a holiday area that attracts a good number of swingers (Gran Canary or Cap d'Agde for example) then it would have a chance as a meeting point, like the Comeback bar in GC or O2 Bizoux in Cap. But just plonked into any town or city it would be doomed to failure.
Once you get into the details of the place itself (dress code, play areas or not) then the line between friendly bar and full on club is very fine. Most, almost all, would go for the latter.
Other than at Cap or GC the ones that we know are either so close to being a club (Sameplace Amsterdam and a couple that we know/knew in Hamburg) that the line is blurred to say the least. Others like one we know in Dusseldorf limits "swinger friendly" to specific nights, usually once or twice a month.
We've had similar threads when people ask about "swinger resorts" and there seems to be a myth that the world is full of them. It isn't, the fact is that there are very few (less than a handful) in the world. |

"Surely swingers are allowed in any pub if you want to get "naughty" in a pub why not just go to a club? "
Ok here is the misunderstanding on this thread, it’s not a ‘swinging pub’ I’m looking for its more a normal vanilla pub that maybe frequented regularly or owned by swingers |
