Used them a few times, can be quite effective, would suggest starting out with an adjustable one as the more solid ones can be uncomfortable to get on - use lube.
Ultimately it keeps you harder as it constricts blood flow so you don't want one on for more than 20 minutes, unless possible permanent damage is your thing.
From a feeling perspective they can make your orgasm fairly intense. Headaches are a possibility afterwards too.
As they don't increase girth or length - at least not noticeably - they do very little for you partner I would imagine, unless it vibrates. |
