Dad bod is fine as long as they don't have a large beer gut ...in shape but not overly muscular but also not into skinny physiques either.

I’ve a dad bod and who cares just embrace it and enjoy your life live the body you were given and if others don’t like it sod them as it’s not the end of the world and you can’t please everyone all the time just some people some of the time

We both are older but don't feel age is an issue for us. Our bodies are what they are and we think our age group can be sexy

I am 40 too and have joint problems, but work around it and keep my body in shape. No excuses bud

I know that feeling though my pain though was caused by getting hit by a truck (no joke) @ 26. Seemed to recover ok but now at 57 I’d hibernate in the cold & damp of winter if I could to save the pains & pill popping.
