Tens is often used by people curious about e-stim due to the relatively small costs involved compared to a made for play e-stim control box.
They aren't as effective as they are made for pain relief but some allow you to tweak frequencies and power output so they can give you a good indication as to whether you like it or not before investing in some good kit. |
