Mah biggest issue is how, most people I reject, questions me saying "OmG, hOw CaN yOu Be A tRaNs AnD bE a LeSbIaN". It's like, just because Im trans doesn't mean I have to like men. Or they just become snarky and bitch at me...and there is no policy on protecting trans people.

Not necessarily an issue of risk. My daughters would not feel comfortable sharing a toilet or changing room with a male or a man in a womens clothes. Its a privacy issue. Thats why we have male and female toilets and changing rooms to respect other peoples privacy.

Sadly you’re wasting your time, i totally agree with you and made it clear on previous thread...... I have no problem with sexuality or gender but apparently my view was offending certain people. Being a mum for over 16yrs of boys and a girl means I know nothing

As a fully grown woman (although it’s possible I’ll grow a bit more over Christmas to be fair) I can honestly say it wouldn’t (and doesn’t because I’ve often done it in clubs) bother me at all!

Why is it assumed that all young girls are afraid of men/people with a penis? That’s surely a learnt behaviour?

If we just told children about trans issues it would soon become normalised then this tedious topic can be laid to rest, and trans women will be just as welcome to use a public toilet the same as ciswomen.
