What's better... a wand with or without the attached electric cable... does it just get in the way?

I wondered if the plug in ones were more powerful..Ended up getting a battery operated which apparently just hits the spot

The plug in ones are much more powerful. We have a rechargeable one and just bought the love honey mains one (couldn’t justify the money for a foxy yet) and the difference is unreal.

Also had the rechargeable one die mid orgasm, not fun !!

I'm not aware of anything that's ever come close to the genuine Hitachi Wand, which was only ever corded, and always 110 volts. There are a lot of fakes around, also corded, that don't have the weight or the power to them. If it runs off 240 volts, or doesn't have a rectangular switch, with a rectangular label around it, and the off position in the centre, you've got yourself a hooky one.

With modern technology, it would be quite easy to make something as heavy and powerful with a decent battery life, so I'm not sure corded/cordless is a significant indicator of potential vibration power, though obviously cordless rechargeable gives you a finite run time.

TLDR? I'm sure there are rubbish corded ones (I know, I got a free fake Hitachi with my fucking machine that's nothing like as heavy or powerful as the real thing) and there will be decent cordless ones. Try before you buy, if at all possible.

Without the flex. Just charge it up every now and again and it won't let you down. It's also easier to clean and.... You can mix Yorkshire puddings with it if you get the right attachments.
