Do you think it could be used as Pavlovian way of preventing, say, the purchasing of high value shoes and handbags?
Just as your partner is reaching for a really expensive pair of Molo's - a quick press of the button sending her in to rapture, but ultimately unable to reach the shoes?
Positive re-enforcement of shopping guidelines?

Haha yes this is very common; particularly in D/S relationships.
It's not something I've had the pleasure of participating in but I have witnessed the effects of such play on several occasions.

Have done this and very, very good fun!
The commercial ones only have quite a short range, you have to stay close together.
