Like most aspects of bondage they're fun for as long as the subs body can handle the position. Personally I enjoy it, but the back aches after a while.

Good quality, strong and well padded ankle resistants may cost a bit but very worth the money. Depending on the position there may be a certain degree of pressure. And as with any restraint maintenance of circulation is important. Also some wrigglers can be surprisingly strong. |

love wearing ankle cuffs on a spreader bar, and hot when wrists cuffed to bar as well. can be a bit uncomfortable but so hot being stuck there with bum in air not being able to move |
