I am pierced but not keen on any genital piercings... Plus, I don't want the metal in my mouth as it can chip teeth, hence mine being bioflex and not metal, so a blow job would probably be a no from me  |

All depends on what piercing you mean. There are lots of genital piercings. Putting them all as one response is impossible. Personally I would not get anything that added another hole in my urethra, but I want to get two dydoes and I have a frenum piercing for over 10yrs. |

I've had my PA for a good few years now. I got it because I wanted to. My wife hates it but I'm not keen on some of her earrings either.

Had my PA for years love it quite long forskin so no problem peeing
Actually had it done twice as took it out when passed not long after had it done and it closed up
Really not that painful over in a second
Healing takes a bit and had a few uncomfortable days with it
Never had any problems with condoms as nothing sharp on jewellery all very smooth just need to leave but of room in end of condom for it
