I'm not sure why you wearing a condom would make a difference. I don't think the preference is anything to do with penetrative sex generally.

The cut foreskin to Alot of people reps cleanliness but I don't know why someone would go mee someone without washing any way so this really should be erelevent( everyone to there own choices
