Depending how many people you’re looking inviting, better make sure you have a generous sized room, not the bog standard single travelodge. Maybe ask for a twin with two single beds, or a disabled room for more space. |

No 1.. Don't book something like a premier Inn where each guest needs a key card.. Try to get a hotel apartment where you don't have a reception
No 2.. if you want 10 people to attend, invite 40, maybe 60.. You'll get 3, maybe 4.
