I have to be careful with knickers, due to the obvious frontal containment issue. But the 'extraness' of other pieces is very alluring.
A suspender belt wraps the waist in a way that no male, or even standard female underwear does. And of course there's stockings, another layer that your normal male doesn't experience.
On the occasions that I wear a basque, there's the whole body thing going on, and the breast support which men don't normally have.
Yeah, lingerie is great. More people of any gender should wear it.

Not quite the same, but when I was younger I had a couple of female friends who dolled me up and dressed me up in lingerie after an evening of drinking and messing about... and they chased me around the house with a little cat o'nine tails.

It’s not for us.
To be honest, if we click on a profile and there’s a guy wearing lingerie we usually pass.
We don’t mind a convincing TV/TS but not a guy in wife’s knickers.
