Can anyone please tell me what the end game of scammers is here. I've recently been enticed to a kik conversation by someone purporting to be a dissatisfied wife. The texts and pics 'she' sent just didn't ring true and I then started asking pressing questions - no response.

A lesson learned - no photo ID and no veris on the profile.

Go with you gut instinct. If something doesn't feel right then it probably isn't, particularly if they dont have any veris

If we chat on kik or do photos or videos but we never show face and never give out and personal info.

We’ve had similar experiences! Someone sent my partner a load of videos pretending to be a fem interested in me, but all of the videos had entirely different people in them. So when my partner asked ‘which video is yours and who are you in it’......nothing! I think it’s all to do with gathering new wank material and nothing more sinister.

Last Christmas time my partner was being messaged by a guy claiming that he was having an affair with me and he’d send him the pictures if my partner put us both on cam so he could ask me direct why I was lying about ‘the affair’

There’s some odd, stupid people out there. We same off kik because of them

Early cam chat is the answer its easy to see if people are who they say they are.
