Been swinging 25 yrs this year.... “man and boy!” The Swinging world has gone, this driven mass “look at me but don’t dare speak to me” culture and the googled swinging and thought it looks like a laugh, easy shag fest, escort opportunity has flooded the scene with dreamers, idiots and lunatics!!

I think the main thing is that “swinging” covers so much now ie voyeurism, threesomes etc.

Sometimes its good to recall the hunt of tracking down the small ads in readers wives or other mags of the day and sending a hand written letter. Plus the difficulty in getting any even slightly naughty pictures developed unless you had your own darkroom. Then the ages it took to fix a meet but how the success rate was high. Everything was too difficult to attract timewasters. Everyone were serious players. Happy days |

Everything is so now so easy, convenient and anonymous. A guy can get a hard on, create a Fab account, message 50 women with 'hi, how are you', and still have the same hard on. And all without his wife knowing a thing.  |

Who remembers the contact adverts in Forum magazine?
You'd get a bunch of the replies sent in an envelope at one time and have 20 or 30 to open.
Pretty much the first reply we ever got had a raunchy photo enclosed that turned out to be the newsagent at the top of the road. Buying a newspaper was never the same again  |

Swinging has moved with the times, but the original version still exists.
When meeting from my couple profile with hubby we are primarily looking to meet other couples.
We prefer to meet at clubs simply because that is easier and have had several repeat meets.
However, we are quite picky so would be unlikely to attend a house party, unless we knew that there would be couples we know and have met with previously.

Is there?? Theres socials which are few and far between with lots of rules. Secrets is the closest party I've seen in Devon and theres no clubs. Everything seems really quiet or maybe it's just us haha |

Our preference is for couples, although we do sometimes play with singles (male or female). Most often we meet and chat with people at clubs and if everyone is up for it head to a play room. We prefer something a bit more inclusive than just swapping, with both ladies playing with both guys and each other too.... it's even better if there's more than 2 couple.

I think it’s a shame that couples try to fence off ‘real swinging’ for themselves. I think there’s a huge difference between people who meet up and enjoy recreational sex and socialising and those just looking for serial 121 shags.

We’ve learnt that clubs are actually the best way. We do seek out singles now and then, or even go on meets alone but we mostly work as a couple and prefer other couples. All we’ve found recently is anywhere between 20-50 messages a day along the lines of;

I point blank refuse to play with couples now because of how some have treated me, I even had to change my profile to straight because of the amount of 'can you come and play with the wife while I watch? We are sorry that you feel like this and the intention of this Post is not to knock others. We are just saying that the dynamics have changed and whereas Group Sex was more the norm a few years ago, it’s more and more people playing with their own partners in clubs without any “Swapping” with other couples.
And yes. Unfortunately it is now the time of the “Your Mrs is hot I want to come and fuck her” kind of dynamic that is the mainstream of the Site today.
But that is due to instant access on Phones etc and the fact that very few younger people have no respect or manners.

We've only been involved for the best part of 3 years but even in that short time there has been dramatic changes that we have seen. Now it's the time of the pic collectors, "couples" which are just the guy, fakes or the one that really gets our goat, the single lady that only plays with a fuck buddy and looking for a couple. It is what it is and one of the reasons why we haven't played for ages. |
