Just wondering how other cucks deal with this.
When she is off sleeping with another man I get a text just before and a brief text after the event or the following morning. I spend whole time clock watching. Yeh we have done this a lot also.

Clearly you are not happy so, before it is too late, you need to have an open conversation about how it is making you feel. And you also seem to be demonstrating classic signs of an addiction.
