My best mate was a virgin until he was 37.
In his head he built it up to be this really big thing, which became its own barrier.
In the end it took a couple of his really close friends to persuade him to just have sex with someone to break that mental barrier.
Fast forward a few years and a few girlfriends later, he’s now happily married with a v healthy sex life.
The first time probably won’t be that great, but practice makes perfect.
