We’ve been on here for a while and in the ‘scene’ for a little while longer. There’s lots of posts from single guys about how hard it is to meet on here but we really struggle to get meets with single guys, the amount of dreamers is crazy and it seems to be getting worse. How hard can it be to find someone that the Mrs finds attractive to actually turn up and fuck her? (She’s pretty hot)
The excuses are out there, my personal favourite was car broke down, courtesy car is too small and I look stupid driving it so can’t make it.. I mean WTF.
We go to clubs so don’t say that’s the solution as it isn’t.
It would be nice if people actually done as they said once in a while instead of fucking people around... |

Totally get what you mean ,we have only been on 6 months ,but at the start we did ok (and im not hot as OP Mrs )but now most are just chatters who wont meet or ones that arrange a date then block on that morning ,who has time to waste like that we dont .....  |

We can confirm very similar experiences including texting a guy (15 minutes after the agreed meet time) from the pub car park where we were meeting for a social to be told that he couldn't get there because he had hurt his back at work.
Another wasted evening and a 70 mile round trip. |

Spot on, our time is valuable and the amount of people - on this and other sites - prepared to give us the runaround and waste said time is unbelievable.
This site was recommended to us by one of the swinging couples who we meet up with, as being timewaster free.
The TW's are one of the reasons we're not meeting folk from here for the foreseeable. |

I think the only solution is to make sure your vetting procedure is solid, and take low risks when determining whether someone is a dreamer or not. (so, go to a pub nearish you for a drink. Worst case and they don't show, you have a drink out.) |

we have done video chats first meet as close to home as we dare and if they dont turn up either go home or make a night of it BUT we are here too meet end off .work hard so little time to waste

Don’t understand why anyone would arrange a meet and then not show! Don’t get me wrong, if something has genuinely happened and they can’t make it, but they keep you informed, then fair enough! But don’t waste the time of everyone! |

Yes as the site has got busier over the years then this will bring more fantasist to the site who like the idea but can't follow it through. Hopefully you'll find a better vetting system and have more luck in the future. |

Sorry to hear you have been messed around regards meets, i never say I will be somewhere if I've no intention of going, I've had it done to me an it is unfair,arrangedo meet and they don't turn up etc, any couples near me want a chat come say hi. James |

Having the same problems, the single male especially the single bi male like we are looking for is the new unicorn of the swinging world!
We have a stringent vetting system and like to think we can spot a dreamer but in the past week we have been chatting to someone who sounded great, practically laid his fantasies on a plate for him, was meant to have a social this week before proper meet last night and yet he went awol last weekend never to be seen again lol
We haven’t spoken to a genuine single man in months who’s actually up for a meet, we was messaging one at a time as we only want to meet one but now we pick several to message to up our chances that at least one might even message back something normal or even message back at all and still nothing, total dreamers who get scared when the chance actually seems likely  |

There is alot of married guys on here playing away the missus probably gets suspicious so the guys cancel at last minute. Any guy who cancels you guys must be an idiot as your lady is stunning. |

Also just to add 95% of the single men aren’t actually single this greatly reduces there ability to meet, the last two we spoke too are apparently single but still living with the wives for ‘financial’ reasons |

Occasionally shit also happens. The day before my first full meet (I'd already met him socially, thank god) I suffered a serious accident and landed in hospital.
He actually called it off while I was sitting in A&E, get yourself better first etc. Those who didn't abuse me got hospital selfies, and I still have the scar |

As a single guy we get tared with the same brush I no I'm not everyone's cup of tea I'm happy to chat via text or phone and meet for a social first but honestly never get any interest I constantly see people saying time wasters and always same guys I'm sorry that your struggling were are not all like that enjoy. |

I think you can probably narrow it down to four types of "no shows" from men
A, the smallest % where something genuine crops up that prevents a meet.
B, a fantasist who gets off on the chase but in reality has a cum splattered computer screen and spends all day masturbating in skid marked y fronts and a stained string vest
C, has every intention of meeting but nerves get to him
D, can't get away from the mrs or has a guilt trip
My first meet (not off fab) and as a single guy not in a relationship had me sat in a car just down the road from a couples house with a devil on one shoulder saying wtf are you playing at go and knock on the door and the angel saying go back to your hotel.
Luckily I'm quite strong at pushing myself to do things against my better judgment and the devil won

Op, you’re just like us; you’re looking for single guys in their 30s-40s and you can only meet on a Friday or Saturday evening. Unfortunately, this puts you (and us) in the sweet spot for disappointment, because at that age many of the men you’re likely to be interested in are living with a partner and they find it very difficult to get out on a weekend. So, why do they engage with you in the first place and waste you time? Because your lady is seriously hot and they really, really, really want the opportunity, because they probably didn’t read the profile fully or chose to ignore the reality, and because they live in hope that come the night they’ll be able to get out for the evening.

Its a shame I'm so far away as I would have been honoured to meet you and see where it goes, but unfortunately a may not be up to your standards or what you are looking for, this site is all about numbers and the more you cut out the more likely you will miss out of some fun times, us single guys a great in numbers but lack testicular fortitude to back things up, I hope you both find what you are looking for.
It a shame you don't do clubs because if anything the club's do open up a chance of meeting people further afield and in person instead off the time wasters and fuck wits most social media sites seems to attract. |

I think that people often need to improve the way they vet and interact with potential meets.
If they just want to talk about sex and what they want to do, I would be doubting the intention to actually meet in person.
I want to get to know them as a person, that way if the sexual chemistry is there it will go well anyway.
As a couple we have had no real timewasters in almost 6 years on here. Admittedly we mostly meet in clubs, but when we do arrange via Fab we have chatted a while before meeting.
As a single I have arrange meets with 3 ladies. Two turned up the other cancelled I plenty of time. |

We did that he sent booking confirmation but but blocked us the next morning ,was a hotel he could cancel up till midday no charge . |
