I think it was a good idea OP and don’t know why you post has been viewed so negatively 
There is currently no search option for videos, or most fabbed, so if your not friend's with those who post videos, you won’t see them in your updates and I would agree that most people have shared videos because they would like them to be viewed.
I have provided my view and feedback regarding search facilities for videos to admin as part of the current trial period

This is a shame. I can only see one or two video's in the view updates 'all' or local updates but not many on there sadly |

The issue for vids are that, unless it's your own face, you can't show faces of anyone else involved. So no doubt there's loads not allowed for use. Unless you have the app or software, hiding faces can be difficult. Also it seems that not everyone can view the vids yet either, which restricts the ability to search.
A search feature would be nice and I'm sure fabs are probably working on that as we speak. |
