Was it the hormone type do you know?"
No it wasn't. It was a copper coil. It's unlikely with the hormone type though according to my doctor. Your periods do cease with some of them though. |

It can happen. When I saw my GP recently he said the chances of mine failing are slim. Because my periods have stopped, which makes pregnancy less viable as no womb lining.

No contraception is 100%. Be careful if you vomit or have an upset stomach and try to take it close to the exact same time every day. There will still always be those few in a thousand each year that still get pregnant even with perfect use though. |

I took mine properly, I had to otherwise I had other unwanted symptoms. I don't regret getting pregnant and now I'm glad it happened but I was terrified when I found out, I was only 20 lol. |

I was only 20 when I fell pregnant with my daughter too! (although I wasn’t on the pill, just young and daft ) At 34 with a teenager, I defo don’t want to be doing it all again so fingers crossed I’m not one of the few % who get caught out on the pill  |

Yes but sperm can survive for a while in your body so I've you've had sex and then have an upset stomach in the following days you can be at risk. |

I remember going to bed with a gorgeous woman I still know and work with after we’d just met but she wanted me to go in and pump her full without any protection. She swore she wouldn’t get pregnant although she was only around 30. This didn’t quite add up in my head so I asked why and she refused to tell me why! Yeah it can happen! A good friend of mine has a ‘fab baby’! It took him a long time to get used to the idea (understandably) but he did the ‘decent’ thing because he’s a decent guy - and now pays maintenance and has the baby every other weekend and some weekdays! We all go to the park when the weather’s good!
It’s totally changed his life though, of course! |

yes ive got pregnant several times with contraception. ( Coil.. pill and injection) So i dont rely on one form... been okay for a long time now.
Always use condoms for sex and have an implant and take thr pill !( pill to regulate and calm bleeding) |

Yes I have, twice and twice my body has naturally miscarried....mine is the hormone coil,over the past 10yrs I've had 3 coils put in and my body either expels them or they end up on the wonk....never had a problem with the old fashioned copper coil... |

last time a condom split I got tested and took the morning after pill. That was January this year. I'm pleased to say it worked cos I've no baby or sti lol. It also scared me so much that I've not met anyone since!!  |
