I really hate that label, it seems very counter productive and unfair. I know we've been labelled it here as often as I've been labelled a Nazi on Twitter. It occurred to me as my wife was trawling through our inbox, just how much admin there is to do, and how we aren't doing as good a job as I thought we were. She replying to prospects that had innocently gone quiet, from which a couple of chats have massively sparked back into life in all the sexiest ways, so here's to the future with them!
Really seems that we need to make a spreadsheet to actually track this stuff, and it all gets quite hard work, and must be so easy to be seen to have been a pointless conversation to others, no matter how happy we would've been to arrange a meet had the question been asked and followed up. |
