Missing Messages

Hi all.

Who else is missing their messages?

Since converting to the new mailbox format We’ve noticed recently that our messages only go back two months.

I then changed back to the old/previous style and now my messages only go back a fortnight!!!

Do you mean the message history of a conversation, or just all messages in general?

I think your messages are removed from your history after two months. It's annoying but there's not a lot you can do about it unfortunately

Handy tip:

Copy message content and sender/recipient, and paste into a text file or similar...

....then if/when it disappears from your mailbox(es), you've still got it to hand!

Messages from members who’ve left the site (UNLOS) will disappear.
