Popped into our local sex shop over the weekend and while browsing found some vibrating nipple clamps, nearly brought them but wasn't 100% sure that they would be any good.

I like mine (only got one left, accidentally left one in a Travelodge), they're not extremely painful and are adjustable, they were from Ann Summers rather than a bdsm/fet clamp....keep meaning to get another set, soon as I grow a 3rd nipple I will do (I'm a tight Northerner see, and hate waste lol)  |

I love the feeling, got v sensitive nipples, but it's hard to describe exactly how they feel....best I can do is say it's kinda like having them gently tongue flicked but at about 1000 rpm!!! After they've been on a while, they do cause a little ache but I just whip them off then and clamp someone's mouth on if I've got company |

The trouble with them and a fair few other small toys is the batteries, they don't last long and expensive to keep replacing.
Though the nipple clamps are adjustable, so you can decide how much pinch you get, but if your on your hands an knees for the delivery, it does add a nice sensation to your boobs with the weight moving around
Also as someone mentioned, one could be attached to the clit for added sensation, depending on the position
