I do it. My wife loves it. Some female friends are okay with it, some female friends are indifferent and my male friends that know are okay about it too.

There are some websites that sells lingerie for guys. The models they use do look sexy (hardly surprising). When you think of the undies of the 70s that guys wore, brown or patterned y-fronts or those stringy vest/ pants combinations, the lingerie is certainly, in my view more appealing |

I have to agree with another post though, why stop at the underwear.
Personally I don't find it particularly sexual, I do it to escape from my everyday life and to be someone else for a while. It's very rare that I would just wear the underwear though and more likely that I am in a rush and would throw a dress over my boxers.
I do prefer to fully dress when I get the opportunity, especially if I can dress and have someone to treat me like a woman too. (Not necessarily having to cook their dinner and iron their shirts) |

I used to wear bra, knickers, stockings and suspenders when I worked in a warehouse. The bra was worn mainly in winter as i could hide the tell tale straps, under a big fleece or coat.
