age gap couple wasting time? F young M old

Hey everyone. We are very new here and seem to be finding that our age gap isn't helpful here. Are there people out there who actually find the age gap a turn on or are we kidding ourselves in thinking that we could live a successful swing life as a couple?
I am 28 female and he is 64 male we have been together 10 years and engaged for 7 years so very happy and genuine. No he's not rich before anyone asks lol. |

I've generally been very wary with couples with very large age gaps. Mainly because whenever I open their cam on chat it always ends up being an old man wanking. |

This is just another one of those personal preference things... some won’t mind, some will!
Personally for us it would be a no go as MrsA wouldn’t be into a fella of that age, she likes younger or around her age. But again that’s her personal preference! |

I don’t mind a couple with an age gap although those that I have spoken to where the older guy is the one organising a meet, they have ended up being time wasters. - not sure If the younger lady is just used as a hook to lure people in |

I’ve been in a large age gap relationship and only go with much older men... personal preference! As a couple, we used to get 100’s of messages asking to meet both older and younger people and couples, so don’t think it’s an issue at all. I think like with anything on fab, it’s how you come across in your profile etc xx |

Like everything - some will like it and some won't. A large age gap like that though does raise the internal question as to the nature of the relationship. Seen a few where they are FBs, some where it looks like a ruse / lure and others, like yourselves, where there is a genuine relationship.
However, I can't imagine you will find it too hard to find plenty of people that like you as a couple and are willing to get together.  |

Wouldn't bother me at all. We often find the older folk are more mature, well mannered and respectful. Some certainly don't look their age and still have stamina and sex appeal. Yes of course the younger half also has an attraction factor . Best of both worlds |

I believe most couples struggle on here because it’s rare all four people out of the couples will fancy eachother enough to have sex .. if you put an age gap that big into it it narrows the odds even more |

Just been proven right yet again on an observation:
Quite often when there is a large age gap the women are bisexual and we wonder if older guys allow this because they are flattered at having a young woman who is with them for public appearance? |

Some will like it, some won’t.
I’ll be honest, the fact it’s the male older and not the female is probably why you aren’t as successful.
Males are outnumbered here and the older one gets the less attention they’re going to get on here.
I prefer older men, but I’m not seeking couples, no doubt there will be plenty who are okay with it though. Have fun!  |

I don’t think there’s a problem with the age gap, there’s something for everybody on here. Once you get that green tick and a couple of good veris people will be more open to meeting you. People are cautious with new profiles. |

I think for a lot of people the extremity of the age gap is a difficulty. Many people are looking for couples within a fairly specific (maybe around 10 years) bracket. So maybe for some people one of you doesn't fit into that scope.
If that is the case, it's just one of them. But the age thing isn't huge for everyone. Personally speaking when I'm at a club with my partner age is not really a consideration. You meet people in a club face to face and either click or not. But when you see a profile you often use stats on the profile to say yes or no without the opportunity to see what they are like in real life. But if you met them in a club you may have just clicked. |

As many have said, it's about the people, rather than the age; and the challenge, whatever the age, of finding mutual attraction between couples.
The only issues you might find are pre/misconceptions (as some comments here show) and that one of your ages will often put you outside of the age ranges of someone you want to msg.
Being new, I wonder if the issue is also that perhaps you need to reset your expectations - it can take ages (as in months) to find meets. We're not allowed to give advice unbidden, but I suspect people would have constructive comments to improve your profile and make that more likely.
