I’ve never used it!
Women- can you give me any advice please on how to make it- well work... what do I do with my hips? Speed, do any angles work better? Ijiots guide very welcome.

Start small loads of lube
I find a solid one better than one that has flex as it’s easier to “get in” and use
As someone earlier doggy is good with their hips up or them sat on top
Make sure that the straps are secure on you
Don’t get disheartened if you don’t get the technique straight off |

There are no hard and fast rules it is whatever works for you and the person your with. We are given images of using strap-ons by porn industry to represent mimicking MF, but it is FF so there are no rules, what works for you both.
