Is the relationship between a Dom/sub relationship different to a Domme/sub relationship?

Or are they often just a B/d scene.

Think the professional “Domme” echoes a detachment for me.

Dom is male, Domme is female. So yes, just for this reason, the dynamics is different.

A D/s relationship between any genders is different to just taking on the roles for a scene. Then a pro Domme is something entirely different again.

I don't think gender is the biggest distinction in a D/s dynamic. I personally think there's bigger differences between those D/s who are into impact play Vs those who are into humiliation for example
