You might want to explore online via Regulation London and meo in Germany (de is the clue).

The quality is the issue here as a cheap 'pecker' dildo gag will not last long if the sitter is enthusiastic.

We have a few of these!

Not only do you need to consider the strap size but one of ours has a ball for the mouth...which we liked although the size of the ball made it very uncomfortable to use.
