Yeah I met up with a guy who eventually told me he was bi curious. Until we had chatted about it loads etc I don’t know how I would of felt if he had said straight away. But now it would not bother me and in fact I too would love a bi fwb I find it a huge turn on  |

Some seem to do it tactically to avoid being automatically blocked by those who won’t meet bi/ curious guys. Others have conflicted feelings about their sexuality and would not feel comfortable labelling themselves as other than straight, despite being sexually interested in other guys. And some define themselves as straight because their definition allows for things which other people on here don’t think are compatible with the word (eg they are into tv/cd meets or they like cock but don’t fancy guys or never want a male/male relationship...) It’s always a heated topic on here! |

I think you're right and many have said to me they wish there was a 'straight but into tvs' option as most would never meet just guy.
So its the female appearance they are still attracted to.
Its the same reason most gay guys won't finda tvs attractive, especially a convincing one i guess.
It blurs lines to many for sure but tbh thats life these days.
Shame its such an issue to many still.

The stigma and labels straight, bi and gay is a load of rubbish. Sites like fab and the swinging community in general actually show that most people are in fact bi. Anyone who has had a theeesome which includes someone of the same sex ie. 2 males + 1 female or vice versa is in some way bi. It doesn’t matter whether you touched or didn’t touch the person of the same sex. A threesome is a bisexual experience. |

People are entitled to identify how they like as far as I'm concerned, however IF they do so to get round those that won't meet bi guys, then they are closing a heck of a lot more doors than they are potentially opening and are deluded if they think otherwise.
As a bisexual man myself I'd not meet a guy that identified as straight (unless they provided a really compelling reason they do so) as I figure if they're hiding that, there could be any number of other things they are hiding. |

The thing is it's not - it just seems that way because people take more notice of people that say they won't - because it's there in black and white.
In my experience the overwhelming majority are either actively seeking bi guys, or aren't in the slightest bit bothered that someone is bisexual either way - those that won't meet bi guys are actually very much in the minority - they just stand out more because they say so. |
