Ok, so I'm opening a topic about age and it's limitations....
If your a 25 year old man and you come across a stunning woman on here but the age restriction is limited to 30 and she is lets just say 40... I don't see the real point in it? I mean yeah fair enough if you were going to have a relationship and she doesnt want to look like a cradle snatcher to her friends but even with that... It's the 21st Century its the new in thing right now! Look at Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher... Most woman put it down to maturity... Well, most younger men are mature now days... So all I'm saying is dont knock it till you've tried it... If anything it should be flattering for the woman... I am so glad that fab have put the age filters on. Young guys always seem to say 'don't knock it until you have tried it'.
Some women / couples don't want to try it, and we should all be flattered that some younger guy wants to try and experiment.

Really? Most of the couples i've met have had more bad experiences with younger guys than those a little older! There will always be exceptions - but i'll be honest and say that I don't think i'd have approached this in the right way when I was in my early 20's and would have seen this as a 'shag site' - rather than for what it is. (Ooh - am I opening a 'single guys/easy sex can of worms here?)
As others have said - we all have our preferences and i'm sure that if someone felt the urge to go outside of these on occasion i'm sure they're more than capable of searching themselves.

Its a two way thing , I have to like them as people not just there looks the younger men ... i get alot of offers and so i can be very picky . From our experience most young guys are either time wasters or wham bang guys or probably both.
Our age restriction is a minimum age of 40 but I'm sure you wouldn't be surprised to hear that we get lots of messages from guys in their 20's or 30's who obviously cannot even bother to read our profile.
We get lots of messages from single guys in their 20's or 30's whose profile states that they joined just a few weeks ago and do not have any pics or any verifications. As soon as you ask them for a pic they either disappear or make some lame excuse why they cannot provide one. It's usually that they have a very important job and cannot afford to be recognised.

The problem is that in this instance for example, this lad is the same age as my daughter and one year older than my son, kind of becomes yukky then though I have met a 25 yr old who was very nice but I just felt incredibly uncomfortable being seen in public and even more so when work colleagues of his walked past, made me think they thought I was a friend of his mother so wouldn't do it again |
