Yes you can, I use mine for this regularly, HFO every time. One pad near the top and one at the bottom of the shaft does the trick. Experiment and take your time, it’s worth it. |

Well just had a little experiment with my TENS unit as estim. It's different don't know if it's for me but it was only first time not unpleasant but not what I had expected. Think I maybe have to try it a couple more times to really work out if it's my thing or not.  |
