I’ve only recently tried one and have to say I love it and so did that partner. Got a silicone one that has a very small vibrating bullet with a clit stimulator. It’s quite thin and very comfortable. Yes. We bought some from Ann Summers years ago. They were medical grade silicone and were quite soft. We paid about £15 for the two of them.
B came back from work with o’rings that he uses in work.
The problem is they don’t stretch as well as the silicone and you need plenty lube to put them on. There is less flex but will hold the erection longer.

There are several types.some that go over balls.some just base of shaft. Some double rings do both.
I have a stainless ring just for base of shaft. Works for me.it helps keep me hard lasts a bit longer and cumming is more intense.

Metal cock rings are great, but if too small, can cause problems getting them off.
I sometimes (as shown in a couple of my pics) use a ball weight as a cock ring. It works really well and being in two halves, means it is simple to remove, even when fully hard.
