I had the snip about 4yrs ago. Since then I find that the volume of cum is probably only about a quarter of what it was.
Ladies, would this be a bonus or a hindrance for you? |

I know it's not supposed to change the volume but it certainly has.
Other than that nothing else has changed. I still orgasm the same. I have the same sensitivity etc. Just less cum.
I would think ome girls would like that and some wouldnt. |

Nope: zero noticeable change in quantity/intensity/sensitivity/insert metric of choice barring sperm count here...
And I was a very fertile guy! But a vasectomy did not change anything else,other than the need of either my then-partner or me to worry about birth control. Win/win! |

Sperm only accounts for 2% to 5% of the volume of a man’s ejaculate, so you are not going notice a difference once it is gone. In fact, it is probably safe to assume your ejaculations naturally varied that much based on fluid intake, diet, etc. |

Had mine done 6 years ago. No change what so ever. As above sperm only makes up a very small amount everything else I'd produced elsewhere. The snip will have no noticeable change to the amount you come also does not effect the smell texture or taste for that matter. |

Hmmm, I had the snip back in '07, to be honest, I haven't noticed any reduction over the years at all, about the same I'd suggest.
I don't think everyone who's had the snip will be the same or even similar. It's all down to the individual I guess.

I had the snip about 7 years ago and cant say I have noticed a difference. as for does it hurt one side did and one side did not, the conversation went along the lines of it did not hurt with the first one but for some reason I can feel the knife cutting me can you numb it a bit please to which she apoligised and did as I asked. afterwards she came to check on me again to make sure I was ok and I managed to get her phone number and went on a couple of dates lol |

There are risks with any procedure, some go without problems others not so.
I had the procedure a while ago when I was 42, I have a constant ache in my left side into my abdomen, my left side didn't bruise after the procedure, if when I reach into my pocket for things and catch myself (coins can do this when in the pocket) it feels like I've been kicked in the nuts, if I'm hit or trapped myself the pain is enough to drop me to my knees.
Dr says scar tissue has formed around a nerve or nerves. |

Ask why you are having it done.
If it's on the promise of more sex, it's unlikely to prove worthwhile as promises like that usually mean nothing in the long term.
The initial examination was more painful than the procedure. The drugs you get for the procedure are quite good fun. I thought I was the worlds greatest comedian while I was getting it done and I thought the nurse had fallen for me.
Had a shower a few days later. Biggest bit of advice is shower in your pants, letting them hang was agony, I was clinging on to them for dear life, it felt like they had huge weights hanging from them! Needed the wife to help me out of the shower.
I do get the occasional feeling of a knee in the balls but less often, though when it does happen it can happen a few times over a couple of hours.
I also struggled to get an erection for a few months after but a kick start with viagra a few times sorted that out. |

Don’t be daft after it. Even if you feel fine don’t lift boxes/rush back to the gym/ignore all the advice they give you.
In by experience the majority of people who have problems after are people who did too much too soon. Some folks will have issues even if they do things to the letter, but very often issues are caused, as with a lot of post surgery issues, by doing too much too soon. |

That doesn’t sound good.
I went to the doctors last night and the will carry out the procedure at the surgery.
It’s a non- scalpel procedure but fully aware I’m going to get cut by something  |

I had a non scalpel vasectomy done a few years ago, they used a device that looked like an ice pick, they just pushed it through the scrotum, pulled the tubes out and inserted a long thin wire to burn them.
Getting the local anaesthetic was the most painful part of the procedure. I got an infection after the op and ended up with balls like a watermelon, same colour too. |
