I have read on line that Anal douching is not a great idea as it can be damaging to the rectum, I am curious to know if anyone has had any problems due to regular douching? Is there a safety factor regarding how regular you douche?
I would never consider any type of bum fun if it was not going to be a clean experience.

For anal cleanliness prior to a meet I aLways give myself an enema, about a pint of warm soapy water and sometimes I insert the plastic head completely, other times I find it very erotic to part insert the subhead and as I squeeze the enema bulb I can feel the water enter me. I then see how long I can go without releasing it. I know I am clean and my guy isn't going to encounter solids |

I guess everyone is different and what works for one doesn't for another.
I found a supplier of 100ml disposable syringes.
A box of 25 for £10-15 from a medical supplier.
No needle obviously, just a syringe.
I get several uses from one -  - before the rubber seal gives way and I need to replace.

Done a lot of pegging, and not had any problems if they prepare correctly.
No junk/fast food 12-24 hrs before, eat Weetabix/bran for breakfast, go to the loo about an hr before meeting and wash thoroughly. No mess, no damage, no problem |

Diet and time of eating certainly makes a difference. Just be sensible about it and if you are unsure you can always have just a little wash inside . Mr. |
