Fake verification??

So you get a message from a guy who’s been in the site 3 weeks. Today is the 27th so he joined on the 6th or there about. He has a verification displayed dated the 6th but the profile is hidden.

I had a guy friend join here, when he told me I veri'ed him that day....."
We can read the verification but the verifiers profile is hidden, so we’re wondering if the verifier is genuine or fake |

Some people have more than one verification but still turn out to be fake, or maybe I was just 2nd or 3rd choice... who knows?!
Others are relatively new no veris but are completely genuine.
It’s all a game of chance, but with skill and practice you get better at spotting something is off.
A friend of mine told me that one of his female friends always arranged for 3 guys to turn up at the same time. That way she nearly always gets one.... and sometimes she gets really lucky!    |

Is a veri to prove your genuine or is it to prove you’ve been putting it about?
Some people don’t display there verifications it’s like displaying everyone you’ve slept with, does that mean your not genuine just because you do or don’t have verifications?
Or is it kind of a catch 22? |

Why?
Some people have been here before, or introduced to the site by other members, who verify them immediately.
I was told about the site by someone, had a veri within minutes.
I've also reverified friend upon their return
Nothing fake about any of us.
Plus I often hide my profile, so if someone looked at another person profile, saw my veri & checked me out, they wouldn't be able to see me at that moment |

I got 5 verifications 3 are because I was on here before & was re-verified by them & the other 2 are from new meets i’ve Had & have only re-joined 2 weeks ago  |

We are asked about our verfis
That they were not about who we fucking more who we met, i replied back we dont have to verfi who we fucked just that we meet them

I did exactly the same thing.
Had some guy message me questioning me every time I displayed a new one and every time I put up a new pic he’d be messaging me wanting to know what I’d been doing.
I did block him in the end, probably not as soon as I should have but that’s the reason I hide mine now |

We have said in other posts veris can be used in positive or negative ways. We choose to hide ours and our friends lists. People are entitled to their opinion, if they think we are hiding them for some nefarious reason or something to hide...... we don't give a feck lol. If they think that then we'd never meet anyways.
Simple message and a dialogue/conversation will tell you more but also tell us, than any veri can |

I have verified brand new people quite quickly - that is from either meeting them a different way before they joined Fab or if they went straight on live camera call with me without messing around. Not always suspicious these quickly verified new profiles  |

What difference does it make if it's real or fake? There is still a person behind the profile. Verifications don't prove the person will turn up or that they are a decent person. |
