Do you discuss any (sexual) health matters, or health problems easily with healthcare professionals, or do you hold back and grumble on without telling them?
I reckon the Ladies are better than the Gents in approaching their GPs with any concerns... it's a straw poll, no need for specifics or anything....

My doctor is very easy to talk about. As I'm very phobic about examinations my doctor does all my tests...
She is aware of my lifestyle as I think it helps her to do her job better.

I was circumcised last year because I had a tight foreskin.
Young lady doctor examined me and sent that'll have to come off!!
Then before the op the surgeon said "It won't be any bigger you know" Actually it is, simply because it's unrestricted now! |

I used to be shy about it until I had an operation for a cyst on my nuts last year and two days after got a haematoma.
I went to the hospital with my balls in a wheelbarrow and he A&E doctor was in her 20's and gorgeous. I'd got my balls out so often in the previous month I just dropped my strides and said 'ave a look at that!'
She said' You poor thing, let me go and get some gloves and I'll have a look'
I replied 'you don't need gloves,I'm a private patient' |

I think I shocked my newly qualified GP (he was the practice registrar before) when I told him my erection problems were preventing me from being a swinger! |

Neither of us have any problem being up front with our GP's.
We can't see the point in telling them half the story, it could lead to getting only half the treatment.

Touch wood, I seldom need to see a doctor, and they have all been different.
I was in and out in less than 10min each time.
I did have some light-hearted exchange with those who looked after the family planning clinics though. |

I s'pose there was a time when I felt a bit shy about some stuff, but I've had to get me twat out for the quack so many times over the last couple of years, it doesn't bother me at all now |

Wasn't this supposed to be about Women being able to discuss health issues with their GP better than Men? Don't think the OP meant specifically swinging related..
And yes, of course they are. No one likes to waste their doctors time, but Mr Muffet would wait until his head had actually fallen off before popping to the surgery.. |

I will discuss what I need to, but I don't like going if its something a little delicate.
I worry about smears or swabs being taken. Don't really like being on the receiving end of it. Thankfully its a few minutes.
I would always use clinical terms. I would never refer to my genitals as pussy in front of the doctor.

"i have actually embarrised the docs at gum clinic!! lol i talk a little too freely "
You wouldn't have, they have heard every slang word for body parts and wouldn't be shocked by any scenario you said. I expect they were just just being professional and not commenting |
