Right! I'm hoping that it's just the way you express yourself but you need to find a way of changing the way you think about this. If your title had said "I would like to encourage my wife to fully explore her sexuality in a way that both of us enjoy" I think it would have come across better. As it is it sounds as if you view her as some sore of possession to be shared round.
Don't involve friends and certainly don't get blokes off the internet to "plant the seed" . Talk to her yourself, ask her what she would like, listen to her answers. Tell her the things you'd like to do and then discuss it together.
Be prepared to answer all her questions and ask some yourself.

Seriously op don't try and involve other people into pressuring your partner to swing .
Talk to her and discuss fantasies/clubs and see if it something she wants,not just what you want her to do.
If she doesn't want to ,then you have to take her word for it .
