No criticism but if you arrange 3 meets in 3 hours it does suggest neither you or the other party have had chance to really engage and assess or confirm compatibility and reliability. Much more likely people making decisions in haste and then getting cold feet.

Careful what you moan about. We got letdown by a bloke who, after we gave him our address texted us to say he “realised he had no car insurance”. We came on line and let off steam ( without naming him) and got a forum ban for 48 hours. Crazy world of fabswingers eh? |

Maybe complaining about someone wasting their time, or is it acceptable in your eyes not to turn up for an arranged meet, because the couple has had a few meets already? |

We only invite one at a time so when we get let down we have to start start all over again looking. Fortunately it’s not that common for us but when it does happen it’s frustrating. |

I've posted on another forum about being stood up by a lady who was double booked and had arranged another social at the same time she was supposed to meet me.
The general consensus was that this was "rude" to put it politely.
To be stood up 3 times in 3 hours says as much about the OP as it does about those who didn't turn up.
We all have our own level on fab and are free to choose who we meet and how often, so 60+ veris in 6 months is their business and I've no issue with that but arranging 3 meets within 3 hrs while posting the latest veri on the same day should answer the question about why some may get cold feet and not turn up. |

Just to clarify...the guy earlier was arranged as only time he could do that's the one who verified us & us him. Another meet had been arranged for some hours later he messaged to cancel...another guy messaged to say he would step in as met him before then he cancelled due to work. And yes another one asked to me but then decided to tell us he shy & wanted to meet at ours.
So maybe me using "stood up " wasn't the correct term.."let down" may have been more appropriate.. glad to say it doesn't happen often though.  |

I've never been a no show. Conversely, I've had two no shows from women, one after a 45mile drive. My own fault just an avatar but then had the cheek to say I didn't look like my photos, so must have passed very close. And one got cold feet after I'd driven 70 miles. Can understand cold feet, but to not reply to your message "I'm here" |
