Foreplay for sure sex without it is just a quicky, it does the job but it's not the best sex for either person . Sex with foreplay though there is so much more involved and it can go on for as long as is needed so much better for all involved  |

I love the foreplay aspect, the longer the better...its always better if it's both ways too...no fun if one person is getting all the pleasure.
Followed by whichever kind of sex fits the tempo of the foreplay. |
