Do you use your real names on a meet or do you go with a fantasy. Have had this a lot recently thought I was going to meet a Steve but his real name was John etc. |

we just use our real names.. we probably couldn't remember who we were if we were using fake ones. also.. i dont like to be fake.. im a real person having real fun and why lie about something so stupid as your name. |

Yes,I tried a different name when we first started and it did'nt work,I forgot who I was meant to be and ignored people when they called me by the other name
I can't get used to people when they have different names either,if they tell me they're called Mark and then change it to Chris I always end up calling them the first name they've told me |

No lol, if people want to pretend to be someone else and pretend that if push came to shove i couldnt pick them out of a lineup even without their real name, then thats their choice... does it make me a little uncomfortable when i find out, yes,,, what have they got to hide? |

The joys is of course not our 'real name' but a discreet expression of intent. We do use our real first names however both of us had hippie parents and slightly odd names anyway, it was the first thing we noticed we had in common. If anyone on a meet asked our real surname i would tell them it's not a secret from genuine other swingers but i would not put it on site just to be on the safe side. Would not want family, neighbours or work to hear third hand tittle tattle |

i'll answer to almost anything anyway.... this couple was calling me "dave" for the last 3 years... I'll answer to be real name, my username on here... or any name really!! |

when we first started out we said we would use our 2nd names, within 20 seconds of meeting our first victim K used my real name  from then on we haven't bothered and always intoduce ourselves with the names we were given by our parents. |

Same here, although most people Ive met at socials etc always end up calling me jez, and Im fine with that as I usually think of them by their username anyway |

i have this with one of my clients who insists on calling me phil
this has been going on for about 10 years now - even though my email is steve. blah blah blah, he will still start an email, 'hi phil'
i've bumped into him in the supermarket where he introduced me to his wife as 'phil'
it's gone on that long now that i've given up hope of him clocking onto the fact i'm not called phil
besides, it does amuse me in a silly way so i let it ride |

A lot of couples we have met used false names, could not understand it as when they tell you their real names it's confusing!!
We could not get away with it as our user name is Vivnian be cause we are call Viv n Ian!! |

We use fake names on here, we always tell people our real names when we meet but we still end up being called molly and . not bother which name gets used tho, I'll answer to either. |

I'd like to take on a new name and persona for each meet but don't think I could keep the act up without giggling, like :-
Chantelle the bikini waxer from Essex,
Bridgette the german sausage maker,
Mercedes the scouse wag
And so on

If we are in a club then we will introduce ourselves as Iconic and answer to it if people recognise us in clubs.
Most of the time on a meet we will use our play names too, maybe one or two times we have given our real names, but that would be if we were meeting a couple on a 1-2-1 meet.
I don't use peoples real names on the forum. If I'm honest I prefer using usernames, adds to the ambience of meeting strangers for sex to me, I like remaining in character, my alter ego, not my reality. |

We answer to Innuendo (her) and Rumour (him) when out if that's how people know us. But once we have answered, we always use our real names.. Les (her) and Pete (guess!)
Trying to be secretive is just too much of a pain. Some we have met have spend so much time remembering the "story that the evening has dragged until we made our excuses and left!
All you have to do is have a good selection process and it all becaomes a waste of time! (in our opinion!) |

We use "Site names" on our profile, both to limit the possibility of the pics being passed on into the wrong hands and our names being traceable, and to further re-inforce what we are specifically looking for.
When we meet and decide that we get on well we will disclose our real names.
We don't consider this as lying about our names, just a security meassure.

We have always used our real names, but don't reveal them until exchanging messages before first meet. We have met a few couple who started calling each other one thing but slipped up as the evening progressed!
We met one couple at the start of our 'journey' in 2009 who always used the same names and never 'slipped' up, but after spotting them by chance on a social networking site some months later, we discovered they had totally different names! |

Always use our real names on meets and in private messages. Would find it too confusing using fake names.

We'd just use our real names. It seems a bit odd and antisocial to use a fake name. We wouldn't give out our last names unless we trusted the person, but what can a person really do with your first name anyway? |

I use my user name till I actually meet in person. It's similar to one I use on another site where it gets abbreviated to td so I'm familiar with it.
It also means if I get a message using my real name then I know we've met - I have had guys trying to persuade me we've met before so we don't need to meet in a public place!   |

We dont use our real christian names, as in the area we live it would give us away instantly, and Jaynes job means we would prefer not to be known locally as swingers!
As others have said too, its a bit more naughty using other names, although the names we have used are linked to us.
Those swinging friends that ask get told our real names, but after 3 years on here most use our profile names anyway lol! |

always use my real name, had been seeing a guy for two years and always called him the same name until we where chating and he said this other name i said what was that he said **** its my real name i told you that before we met just thought you prefered to call me the other |
