On the assumption that everything is legal and consentual what is an acceptable age difference between an older man and a younger woman and vice versa?
And if it's different ... WHY?
As long as everything is legal, consentual and enjoyable, I see no issue with any age gap.
Myself and D have a fairly sizeable age gap, we do not notice it, nor was it a factor when we got together.
