a friend of mine had that too, when she had a reduction she lost all sensation, she said after shes not sure what was worse having the back ache from over sized boobs or nipples that dont work

I personally am not really interested in nipples. I am pale skinned and my nipples are pale pink, they do go erect when touched but not to huge proportions.
