Just mingle. If you’re there as a couple it’s not normally too long before you get approached. Just get into general conversation. You know, the, “You been here before?” type of stuff. Talk about what you’re there for and say that you are rather shy. |

Hi OP
You don't have to socialise in clubs if you don't want to. You can just be in your own company if you so wish. People are friendly, even more so at clubs and I am sure that after a period of time to settle into the environment and maybe some Dutch courage then you will relax.
I (her) am the more chatty half of the couple but even I can get shy. The best place I find to relax and have a little socialise is on the dance floor. It relaxes me, makes me feel happy, it's where my fun side of my personality come out.
Hope this helps a little

"We both get really shy, of it’s couple on couple we are not too bad but in something like a club we get mega shy!
Any hints or tips?
"
We are just the same it starts with the drive to the club and once we have signed in, the nerves really start to kick in basically we take a look around (make sure theirs nobody we know from our vanilla life)
And go to the bar buy a drink and find a corner to sit in lol
After an hour or so we tend to chill out and start to enjoy it,
I think the trick is don't pressure yourself there are no expectations and you take part as much or as little as you wish |
