Well the medical answer would be that the vagina is quite acidic- low pH levels of around 4. The mouth is neutral at around 7. If the pH level of the mouth drops then it's more susceptible to him diseases....however with saliva (pH neutral) washing everything away it's highly unlikely to have any change to PH |
