So I am just wondering has anyone ever had angry sex like been really pissed of with your current partner and just taken out all your aggression on them ?

Not angry sex, but sex of the back of a heated argument with my ex. A lot of emotions running raw, then a moment of eye contact that ended up on the couch and turning into very charged intense sex. So sorry this happened to you. Something similiar happened to me with an ex partner. It's one of the reasons he's an ex. Hurting someone to get your aggression out is never acceptable in my opinion. There's a massive difference between rough sex and aggressive brutal sex.
