Should sex with condoms really count as sex?

Of course I know that sex with condoms is still sex but isn't it kind of like kissing through a mask or kissing with a piece of paper in between.
My point is that you're not really touching as the penis is covered, so should it still count as sex?
I'm just wondering what do you all think? |

Think of it this way if you saw a bottle whilst walking down the street would you pick it up and drink it? Probably not as you have no idea what it is inside. Same as sex how does the woman know you dont have anything or vise versa. Even if you do have tests done you could of slept with someone since then and picked something up |

By that logic its impossible to ever actually have sex because scientifically speaking, you're never physically able to actually touch anything |

thank you everyone, for replying, I wasn't asking this questions as an excuse as I'm 100% single and would never cheat if i was in a relationship
